How to get to WAF?

We're meeting at Acar Camping located within the borders of Foça in Izmir for WAF.

Camp Equipments in WAF

Camp equipment must be brought by the participants.

No outside food and drinks will be allowed into the festival area.

Frequently Asked Questions

Camp + Festival Pass/Festival Pass/Daily Pass

Daily Pass: "With a daily ticket, you can enter the festival on the date specified on the ticket."
Full Pass: "Grants access to the festival grounds for 5 days. You must exit the premises at the end of each day."
Camp + Full Pass: "Provides access to the festival grounds and camping area for 5 days."

Who covers the camping tents and what are the tent sizes?

Your camp+ festival ticket allows you to stay at the festival grounds. You need to bring your own tents and camping gear.
The long side of the tents should not exceed 300 cm.

Will there be tent rentals available?

There will be a stand offering tent rental services at the venue.

Our ticket prices vary seasonally. We recommend purchasing early.
You can access our tickets from whatafest.org.

How can I request a ticket refund?

Ticket refunds are available until May 1st. For the refund process, you can contact us through bubilet.com.tr.

Ticket transfer

Single entry is possible with a ticket code or QR code. The person transferring the ticket to you can give the same code to multiple people. In this case, you may have to buy a ticket again at the door or the relevant ticket may have already been sold out. We recommend being careful when receiving tickets from someone else.

Do the concert times overlap, and will there be two stages this year?

It will be a single-stage setup, but more ambitious.

Is it possible for our furry friends to enter the festival grounds?

For our furry friends to enter the venue, guests must present a veterinary examination and vaccination card at the entrance. Responsibility lies with our guests, and the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to any aggressive pets at the entrance.

Can we bring our own camping chairs to the venue?

Our chairs are allowed into the festival grounds but can only be used at designated areas within the camping and concert zones.

Phone charging rental service will be available at the venue.

Parking lot

We have a large parking area available. However, we still recommend arriving early.

Is there any restriction on swimming in the sea during the festival?

The sea within the festival area is suitable for daytime use; swimming in the sea at night will not be possible.
